From 95 North (DE) heading towards PA, or Heading North on 202:

Continue through the heart of Wilmington and immediately keep to the right in order to exit onto 202. Once on the exit ramp, the road will further divide.
Keep to the left and follow 202 (northward) towards West Chester.
The exit crosses the expressway, as an overpass, ultimately merging into 202 traffic, heading north, on your left.

Once on 202, you will go through no less than 11 traffic lights (approximately 2.5 to 3.0 miles) until you reach Silverside Road. At that point, a patch of land upon which various commercial properties have been developed, separates you from the oncoming traffic, like a small island, wide median strip. At the near corner, on your left, at the intersection of Silverside and 202, you will see a Commerce Bank branch. On the far right corner, there is an Exxon gas station.

Turn right onto Silverside Road. You will then quickly proceed through one traffic light before reaching the entrance to Concord Plaza (which is the second traffic light), on your left. Immediately get into the left turning lane.

Once you have turned left and entered the complex, you will pass a security gate house, for which you need not stop, and then enter a small traffic circle. Once you enter the circle, turn right at your first opportunity. Pass one street almost immediately and at the second intersection, our office in the Webster Building will be on the far left corner. Please park anywhere that’s convenient in front of this corner of the Webster building. We are on the ground floor.

From 202 Heading South from PA:

Once you pass through the intersection of 202 and route 1, heading south, you will continue south towards Wilmington, through approximately 13 traffic lights, afterwhich you will turn left onto Silverside road. When preparing to turn left, you will not approach a typical intersection but instead, a one way curving exit from 202, to your left, which empties onto Silverside Road. For land marks, there will be a Circuit City on your right, as well as a Holiday Inn, slightly further down 202, at the near right corner of Silverside and 202

After turning left onto Silverside Road, you will then quickly proceed through one traffic light before reaching the entrance to Concord Plaza (which is the second traffic light), on your left. Immediately get into the left turning lane.

FROM 95 south (in PA):

1. Proceed south on 95, (past the Philadelphia International Airport, etc,) heading for the Delaware State line.

2. Right after exit one – Chichester Ave, the last exit in PA before 95 crosses into Delaware, the highway divides into 95 and 495. Stay to the right and take 495 (exit 11) and almost immediately thereafter, you will take exit six, right onto Naaman’s Road (92 West). A landmark, straight ahead of you and across the street, is a Holiday Inn Hotel. Be certain to continue to bare right as this exit forks, allowing you to go either east or west on Naaman’s road. You want to go west (right).

3. Once on Naaman’s road, you will continue ten (10) traffic lights (or 4.1 miles) to Shipley Road (which should be the tenth traffic light). Landmarks will be a new shopping center on your right (still, in part, under construction). On the far left corner is a small strip mall within which the Trevi restaurant is located. This is a T intersection and you can only turn left from Naaman’s road, onto Shipley. A small apartment complex, named the Stratford, next to a small strip of shops, has a prominent sign that you will see.

4. Once on Shipley, you will proceed approximately 1.5 miles until you reach your first traffic light, which will be Silverside Road. You turn right onto to Silverside, which should put you in a direction heading west.

5. Once on Silverside, you will drive a short distance to your next traffic light and turn right. This is the entrance to the Industrial/Professional park. You can continue slowly, without stopping at the security gate house. You will immediately enter a small traffic circle and you will take your first available right. You then proceed past one small street and our building (Webster) will be on the far left corner of the next intersection. You can park anywhere in front of this corner. We are on the first floor.
