January 22, 2003: Dr. Saruk gave a lecture to a meeting of the Delaware Academy of Family Physicians, Inc. entitled, “Topical Immunomodulators (TIMs): a new class of pharmacologic agents, with special attention to atopic dermatitis”

June, 2002: Dr. Saruk is awarded, “Attending of the Year” by the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Dermatology. Each year, the residents in Penn’s department of dermatology - the doctors in dermatology training - elect a clinical faculty member who they feel contributed most to furthering their education.
